This client, a well-known enterprise IT Manufacturer required assistance in the Bid Support Team department for a period of 8 years.  Acorn2Oak’s administration specialist was hired to work on tasks such as compiling bid documents, account fulfilment, letter writing, presentation creation, spreadsheet report generation, and other general admin tasks relating to tender work.

 

Back Office Support:

This client provides start up business consultancy services.  A2O’s administrative services were engaged to help with client IT set up, creation and introduction of new business processes, as well as the recruitment of vital telemarketing and marketing staff.  Due to the successful partnership, the services were expanded to include accounting tasks.

 

Office and Accounts Management:

This client is a Value Added Reseller in the Network Performance sector. Our services were used to provide complete back office solutions involving receptionist, secretarial and administrative tasks.  Additionally as the relationship grew, this was expanded to include general bookkeeping in preparing annual accounts.
