You Will Be Responsible For

  • Generating new opportunities by making b2b telephone calls to prospective clients
  • Getting involved in booking new meetings, arranging appointment schedules, generating leads, cleaning data and carrying out deep level market/prospect research
  • Managing relationships with prospective clients
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure leads are followed up effectively
  • Involvement with multi-channel campaigns, events and general marketing prospects

You Will Be

  • Self-motivated, team player, with the ability to ensure individual and team targets are achieved
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Articulate with an excellent and outgoing telephone manner
  • Confident dynamic personality
  • Tenacious attention to detail
  • Strong internal and external customer service focus
  • Ideally experience of Telephone sales or Lead generation
  • Educated to degree level or similar preferred but not essential
