A scientific instruments distributor specialising in laboratory test equipment wanted to raise its profile among past customers to maximise potential from repeat business.
We advised that a telemarketing campaign would have the additional benefit of updating their contacts database as there is often a long gap between purchases.
Working from their original customer contact database we were able to make contact with and update the records of several hundred customers in a short space of time, generating much repeat business from a largely untapped customer base.
In other words, a sector not used to telemarketing proved very receptive to it as it demonstrated commitment and a desire to do business.
